The secretary general tells us essentially that the situation is improving gradually as and when the various stakeholders, including the many external partners, take the measure of the new system. The Secretary-General focuses on the technical effort is currently directed to the computer application is substantially improved in the direction of simplification and speed. We had him expressed our concern regarding staff, asking him to stop attrition in hospitality services. We responded that a working group should consider this aspect of human resources.
Our view: we note that the situation is gradually improving. Nevertheless, we remain very vigilant on the staffing situation. In our view, it would be disastrous to continue the decline in this sector, as in many others elsewhere.
