Like every year, the CFTC-MI has posted in its own Intranet premium schedule from the Ministry of Interior (average rate of objective comparison with 2010 and 2009 + geographic comparison as well as percentage increases by grade). The TMO 2010 shows a good and bad news:
The good news is the alignment of the TMO departments of the Ile-de-France on one of the central government.
The bad news is that other departments of France are the forgotten ones. Why? There is no rational explanation valid. This lack of adequate explanation is both frustration and hope, because it is precisely because such discrimination does not make sense that we believe it will not be péréniser.
The alignment of the allowance system of territorial administrations of the Ministry of Interior headquarters is an old demand of the CFTC. A significant step has been crossed, with the Ile-de-France. But it is clear that this does not suffice. Today, the fusion of bodies is completely done, and the territorial constraints, because of the RGPP, are becoming stronger and are worth largely those of the central government. The CFTC therefore ask that same grade, the TMO is the same everywhere in France, in all departments.
