STAFF PENSION REFORM: THE ISSUE several implementing decrees

Several decrees implementing the Act of 9 November 2010 on pension reform were taken 30 December 2010 (OJ of 31 December).

These orders include the following:

• Order No. 2010-1740:
• the legal age of retirement gradually raised to 62 years in 2018 for sedentary workers,
• the new age limit gradually increased to 67 years for sedentary workers born after 1 January 1956,
• down 15 years to 2 years of minimum service required for the establishment of a pension.

Order No. 2010-1741:

• the phasing out of early retirement with no age requirement for parents of 3 children who have completed 15 years of service (device closed on 1 January 2012 )

Order No. 2010-1744:

• the conditions for receiving a guaranteed minimum pension,

Order No. 2010-1748:

• early departure for long career,

Decree 2010-1749:

• higher employee contributions will increase from 7.85% in 2010 to 10.55% in 2020 .
