The Interior Ministry has set the amounts of the reserve target for 2010 ("Merit Award"). The average rate will be 350 € per agent, provided that this is only an average. In practice this can range from 50 to 850 € (and even, as "outstanding", 1000 €). Accuracy: it must be assigned to at least 40% of staff, ... but is not intended to benefit all staff. It is independent of BMD. It may take the form of an individual premium or be paid as part of a team. The award must be consistent with achieving the goals set during interviews professionnels.Elle not intended to be assigned to a class of more staff that to another (A, B or C, either). The criteria may include the following: highly stressed by the agents implementing a reform, additional temporary activity, quality of work, personal commitment, spirit team involvement in the modernization of procedures, etc ...
