ELECTION OF OCCUPATIONAL 4 MAI 2010: THE CFTC-MI THANK YOU!

MI-The CFTC wishes to thank all those and all those who trusted him at the polls on May 4.

These elections show a fairly good resistance CFTC -MI in a very hostile and rapidly changing perimeters. A perimeter equal (prefectures and sub-prefectures) and despite the growing number of unions, we remain at 3.25% (against 3.43% in 2006).

A perimeter enlarged (including the administrative police, gendarmerie and Headquarters), the CFTC-MI weighs 2.51% (that is to say 2.67% for all administrative and 2.42% grades in a grade average including where we did not nominate candidates).

Our organization has strong messages to convey. His firmness, coupled with its strength of its proposal and responsible image of union, must be able to federate many more people.

She has a real skill, she shows for more than a decade in the prefecture of Essonne, where she has a majority.

Thus, in this department, the CFTC-MI just get 4 of 7 seats in the local PTC.

Another convincing result: the arrival of our organization in the prefecture Isère, where we got a seat on the local CTA, thanks to the dynamism of our delegate list Isère.

Furthermore, our regional presence Ile-de-France , although still insufficient, is real (6.26% )

The regionalization of CAP deprives us of local elected officials (except at the SGAP of Versailles, where we have elected deputies in the main technical 2nd class).

This regionalization of CAP, which hope to benefit the big unions (by removing small) will not benefit anyone, and especially not to the agents. Just to be convinced, for example to the finding that there is virtually no elected regional governments to cap the Ile-de-France is an official of the prefecture of Essonne, even among large organizations.

The reality of the regionalization of CAP is a terrible loss of contact with the ground. Was it worth the small electoral calculations of some? In any event, the CFTC-MI will continue his daily work wherever she could to help the agents, both individually and collectively, especially in this era of declining budgets.

Our message is a message of unity to our colleagues in other unions, a message of openness but firm vis-à-vis the administration, in a very troubled period for the entire public service.
You can find more information on our intranet.

AGAIN THANKS TO ALL AND TO ALL!
